It’s easy to QC a file. Simply look at it. Start at the top. Is the header correct or are there errors or truncations? At the top right does it indicate the appraisal is Committed or is it Preliminary. At the bottom left is the appraisal using current pricing or is the data version 2 months old. PDA is the price leader because we take the steps to ensure our product quality warrants it.
