As previously communicated in the April 7, 2020 Town Hall and communicated by email effective April 9, 2020 PDA will be charging time and expense (T&E) at the local PDA office’s market rate (minimally $118/hr.) for automobile photos only.

Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) provides industry-leading products and services with a level of expertise that our clients and their policy holders have come to expect. Same-Day Service for specialty, heavy equipment (HE) and automobiles, along with property damage estimates on residential and commercial property remain our priority. In support of this positioning, PDA will begin charging time and expense (T&E) at the local PDA office’s market rate (minimally $118/hr.) for automobile photos only assignments effective April 9, 2020.
This decision allows PDA to support our clients’ various damage estimating method needs while ensuring our expert appraisers are compensated for their time and knowledge.
No touch
PDA Virtual, PDA’s virtual estimates, turns your customer’s smartphone into an estimating tool, allowing them to submit damage photos directly to a PDA appraiser. A completed file is then returned to the adjuster.
Low Touch
PDA’s Photos Only assignments are completed by skilled, knowledgeable PDA appraisers for all business lines, and are billed T&E in alignment of the time, expense, and skillset needed to complete an estimate for the damaged item.
Human Touch
PDA’s “human” touch, or on-site in person damage estimates, are physically inspected and completed by PDA’s highly trained, professional appraisers.
