Penn National

04/21/23

Penn National has placed their confidence in our Alacrity Solutions Network to deliver an exceptional work product for their customers.  This new volume will be completed in our Mitchell estimating platform(s) and detailed requirements are defined in our new interim CPA template.  Noted below are several of the key procedures outlined in the new interim CPA.

Appraisers will receive this in their assignment detail in place of the old CPA. This is replacing the CPA information to only present the Important or vital information of the Client Service Level Agreement. We have discussed on a few occasions and the network asked for this type of a notification to help align the specific duties the field appraiser needs to perform.  Upon receipt, please read it thoroughly and execute on the details within your appraisal package.

Our Office Managers will receive this in a similar document that will be formatted and utilized as a checklist to reconcile against what the appraisers have submitted and attached in the file.  If there are any items omitted, the Office Manager and AVP may ask for further explanation as to why.

Similarly, to other client rollouts, we will be monitoring daily volumes and ensuring your AVP is working directly with you on processing the assignments until we reach steady state and feel comfortable with the nuances of this client.

Heavily impacted states are as follows:  PA, MD, NJ, DE, VA, NC, TN, SC, AL, WI, MN
