Network Announcement – Central Mutual | Service Level Agreement

Alacrity Solutions Team,

Through the efforts of many on the Alacrity Solutions team, Central Mutual has placed their confidence in the Alacrity Solutions Network to deliver an exceptional work product for their customers.  This new volume will be completed in Mitchell Cloud Estimating for Auto, AdjustRite for HBRO, and Xactimate for Property.  Detailed requirements are defined in our new interim Service Level Agreement (SLA).  Noted below are several of the key procedures.  As always, please review and understand the entire SLA prior to handling assignments.

SLA Highlights

  • Time and expense assignments over 75 miles MUST be pre-approved by adjuster
  • UPD estimate is required on all assignments if applicable.
  • Betterment & Depreciation
    • Required for Wearable parts (suspension, tires, battery, exhaust, roof coverings, floor coverings, interior upholstery, transmissions, etc.)
    • Applied to parts only
    • Maximum amount – 50%
  • Agreed price
    • Attempt to reach agreed price with shop unless otherwise indicated on adjuster instructions.
    • Include shop’s W9 number.
    • Document on condition report if not able to complete these requirements and why.
  • ACV – CCC BCIF completed and called in using attached client code.
