During the migration from Ultramate to the Mitchell Cloud Estimating platform it was discovered that the WEB FMS/Loss Type Codes (URW, Zipcar) cannot be accommodated in MCE. As a result, it is necessary to complete all ABG auto assignments in Ultramate to accommodate the agreed upon and mandatory Service Level Agreements with Avis Budget.
To accommodate the temporary pivot back to Ultramate, the MCE integration with ABG was turned off on 4/27/23 which means that you will only see the assignments in the Ultramate platform to be completed. This will ensure that you will not have to adjust or redo any assignments for Avis.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our appraisers and office managers. We will continue to keep you informed of the solutions we are driving for and provide any training or development to allow all ABG Auto assignments to transfer to MCE.
Please be aware your VPs and AVPs will be proactive in touching base on all recent ABG assignments with our office managers and appraisers, however, feel free to reach out to your VP or AVP of Operations with any questions or concerns.
