Network Announcement – Erie Insurance | Go Live Monday, April 03
Our valued client, Erie Insurance, has been working with us over the past few months to integrate our work product from WebFMS to the CCC One estimating platform. Effective Monday, April 03, estimates currently written in UltraMate for Erie Insurance will transition to CCC One. We will continue to write heavy equipment and recreational vehicles in AdjustRite.
We realize you may need assistance writing in CCC One and will be offering optional support from the Training team Tuesday, 04/04 and Thursday, 04/06. We’ll be sending Microsoft Teams meeting invitations and provide instruction as warranted should you elect to dial in for guidance. We’ve also attached general CCC One Appraiser Instructions to assist you with navigating CCC One.
As we ensure you have the best and most available resources for your success on each file assigned, you will have a subject matter expert assigned to you that will reach directly for the following:
- Ensure the assignment has been received in your CCC inbox
- All profile admin details have been received without error
- At the time of inspection reviewing side by side to ensure the CPA information and total end package is addressed to the client’s expectations prior to return to office
- Reviewing with the office manager to ensure the end package is in line with the defined objectives
Please be on the lookout for a phone call from one of your AVPs if you receive one of these files as they will be your resource for immediate help on bringing these new CCC client files on board.
