Chargeback Process and Fee Update

Effective January 1, 2021, Chargeback process and fees; the fee for each invoice extension requested will now be the greater of (a) 2% of the invoice or (b) $25.00. The invoice will be held in Chargeback status for 4 weeks, however, a 2nd extension will no longer be permitted.
