To further deliver on the needs and demands of our clients, we need to take advantage of all resources available to us. Often licensing becomes a barrier in allocating our resources to meet our client’s needs. To that end, Alacrity Solutions has defined one of our 2023 Operational Objectives as “W2 Licensing” In this objective, we will be pursuing either a “Home State”, “Designated Home State” (DHS) or Proprietary State Adjuster’s Licenses for all W2 appraisers and office managers. Those licenses will serve as an important steppingstone in the ability to secure additional state licensing as necessary, through the process of reciprocity.
To accomplish this objective, we are incorporating the assistance of AdjusterPro, a third-party vendor, to administer the course curriculum and testing in many cases. Applicants will not incur any out-of- pocket expense as Alacrity Solutions will be covering the expense as part of your ongoing professional development.
