PDA currently markets to its customer’s that all PDA HE appraisers are PDA Certified. To ensure compliance, certification is now mandatory for all new and current appraisers writing heavy equipment for PDA.
The goal of the certification program is to have all HE appraisers that are currently handling HE assignments be certified by December 4th, 2020.
PDA has converted all remaining RV and HE classes this year to HE/RV combined courses and the classes will be 5 full days, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All classes will be limited to 25 students.
Register for your preferred class early to secure the dates that best fit your schedule.

1) Register for the Training by going to PDA Central: https://pdacentral.pdaorg.net/2020-training-registration/
2) The $500.00 fee for the class will be deducted from your Franchisee’s weekly check and a partial refund of $250.00 will be credited upon graduation.
3) After you register you will receive a training packet from the Training Department:
a. You will need to complete the pre-training review/test.
b. These items must be returned within the designated time in order for you to remain registered for your class.
4) Once you graduate from the class you will be officially PDA HE/RV Certified.
ADJUSTRITE ACCESS:
PDA introduced AdjustRite to the network as PDA estimating platform for commercial vehicles, and the use of the AdjustRite platform will rely on the HE appraiser being PDA Certified.
AdjustRite Access granted:
o Once the appraiser is registered, they can continue to handle HE files and use AdjustRite.
AdjustRite Access denied:
o If the appraiser misses the class for which they registered, they will no longer be able to handle HE files and will be locked out of AdjustRite.
o If the appraiser fails to register by the deadline registration date, they will no longer be able to handle HE files and will be locked out of AdjustRite.
o The effective lock out date is November 4th, 2020, if you are not registered and/or attended HE/RV School.

o March 23rd – 27th, 2020
o April 6th – 10th, 2020
o May 4th – 8th, 2020
o June 22nd – 26th, 2020
o July 20th – 24th, 2020
o August 3rd – 7th, 2020
o September 14th – 18th, 2020
o October 19th – 23rd, 2020
o November 2nd – 6th, 2020
o November 30th – December 4th, 2020
Training Summary:
1. Register by October 30th, 2020 for one of the classes listed in the 2020 schedule posted on PDA Central.
2. Fee for the program is $500.00
a. A partial return of the fee will be $250.00, once the appraiser graduates from the certification class.
3. The classes are limited to 25 people per class.
